Automatic Roster
Creation:
Rosters will
automatically generate a roster. Just tell Rosters your Person/Hour
(to 1/4hr)requirements for the week and sit back while Rosters
automatically generates a roster. Rosters will generate a roster
that best fits the parameters you set, while attempting to make sure
that each employee has Roster Bookings assigned that are
within their Class/Award structure. The Rosters AutoRoster facility is a
powerful tool that automatically generates an optimal staff based on
the Workforce Requirements and Labor Rules of your
organisation.
Automatic Roster
Checking:
Once a roster has been
created (either by you or automatically by Rosters) how do you know
every employee is catered for according to their Class/Award? It's
easy. Get Rosters to do all the hard work for you. Rosters will
check that every Employee has just the right hours, and has been
assigned a break, all based on each Employee's Class/Award
structures.
Need to change a
day?
Changing a
roster is as easy as a click of a mouse. You add, change and delete
work hours by clicking and dragging on timebars. View Scheduled Meal
Breaks within timebars. Updated information is instantly reflected
on screen. Someone called in sick? Click, and their swapped. Who?s
available Monday? Click. And you are automatically presented with a
